RAS-7016: Establishing a Benchmark for Assessing the Radiological Impact of
Nuclear Power Activities on the Marine Environment in the Asia Pacific Region
(RCA). Under this project
coastal soil/sediment samples were collected and prepared, radioactivity
analysis of the samples is under process.
গ) IAEA/RCA প্রকল্প
-RAS7019: Harmonizing Nuclear and Isotopic Techniques for Marine
Pollution Management at the Regional Level (RCA).
ঘ) Radioisotope
concentration in offshore sediment of the Sundarban area of the Bay of Bengal.
The work was undertaken jointly with the Institute of Marine Sciences and
Fisheries, Chittagong University.
ঙ) Environmental
behaviour of natural radionuclides released from petroleum oil refinery and
by-product industry. The work is undertaken jointly with the Department of
Chemistry, Chittagong University.
